Businiess name:  Mark's American Cuisine

Review content:
If I die and go the heaven...I hope it feels like Mark's American Cuisine. This is an extraordinary restaurant. The restaurant is actually an old church converted into a plush, fascinating harbor for divine dining. The service is the finest in town. You will be assigned a primary server, but most likely, more than a dozen staff will touch your table before the night is done. The wait staff is extremely knowledgable. For your own edification I challenge any patron to grill their waiter on any element of the menu....cheese origin, specific herb, etc....you will be impressed. The wine list is thoughtful. It contains a wonderful list of domestic botique reds and delightful bordeauxs. The menu is creative and the food combinations are sublime. This is easily one of the three best restaurants in Houston. Enjoy. Pros: Creative food pairing, Impeccable service, Wonderful atmosphere
