1. DIRTY. Floors were sticky and visually dirty in party room. Equipment in the Exploration Adventure was just disgusting with dirty smears of I don't know what all over the place. They obviously DO NOT mop here or wipe down anything. 2. BROKEN GAMES. Most of the games kids put tokens in to play either didn't work and had signs that said so or just took the kids money and didn't work. 3. UN-HELPFUL STAFF. Our party server wasn't too bad but when I couldn't find her I was on my own. The place is "run" by teens. These were the three major issues that would prevent me from ever going to this place again for a party or any other reason. If these are not enough for you to not go, PLEASE keep in mind if you have younger ones like me, (7-8 yr old) take them early. As it gets later the kids coming in get older and twice, two older girls tried to steal my sons game reward tickets from him. We finally got so disgusted, we just left without even cashing the tickets in.
