Review content:
Left 2 cats there for 30 days in 2003 due to emergency trip. I liked the people (I'm very particular about my beloved cats) and trusted them. I would use them again in an emergency, but the two things my cats didn't like was (a) being in a room with other mewing "inmates" which rattled their nerves and (b) the other cats had fleas. For short trips, you're better off using a local cat sitting service for in-home visits.
Pros: Staff attentive, Courteous, Humane
Cons: Fleas, Caged, A bit pricey
