I recently came to Dr. Wilmore after having BAD experiences with two dentists in the area whose sole purpose seemed to be how much money they could make off my misery! The last straw being two, back-to-back root canals for a pain that was STILL there after numerous visits. Meeting Dr. Wilmore was definitely a breath of fresh air! She LISTENED patiently and attentively to my history and did not judge the other dentists or myself. She did a painless, thorough, comprehensive examination and concluded that the pain I was still feeling was due to a crown that was made too high by the previous dentist and was never adjusted correctly. After some simple adjustments and fine tuning by Dr. Wilmore, my crown was perfected and the pain was gone! Simply amazing! She didn't even charge me for the quick fix! Her staff was wonderful and also very helpful and informative regarding my insurance benefits. Only con now is that Dr. Wilmore is in transition after starting her own practice and is not in the office every day, but with enough "traffic" from CitySearch and those of us out there singing her praises, she soon will be! She's sweet, gentle, patient, kind, soft-spoken, thorough, thoughtful and she genuinely wants the best for the patient -- even though it may be less money for her! I can't say enough good things about her. She is truly gifted!!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend her...
Pros: I no longer fear the dentist!
