Amy from Carpet To Go worked with us. She had excellent customer service, even at first impression when we walked into the store. She was very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted. We told her exactly how much carpet we needed and what it was for. They didn't have any in stock, so they actually had to order it from the factory, which was a six-week delivery. We wanted the carpet for the holidays, and Amy worked with us. We picked out a different piece of carpet and had it laid down. She was very efficient and very good at what she does!
