My experience with Carpet To Go was all very good. Our contractor suggested them, otherwise we would not really have used them because they are not in an area which is close to us. We would have just gone with what was convenient for us, but we're glad we went with Carpet To Go because we had a very good experience. Whoever we saw was very patient for just showing up for options and was very helpful with that. Generally, the service was just very good. They kept their word, and when the carpet didn't show up on time they called well in advance to let me know that it hadn't arrived so that I didn't have the whole day wasted, so I appreciated that.
