Review content:
I always receive great service from Lori and the front desk staff -- professional and attentive. The people who wash hair need some help though. This past time they left color around my scalp line. I really felt like they were rushing through the shampoo/ conditioning process. This is one of the best parts of the whole experience so to rush through it leaves a missed opportunity with a customer. I have very sensitive skin and this could have been a problem if Lori had not corrected it. The previous time, I went home and they had not washed all the color out of my hair. I had to in turn rewash my hair.
