I go here for any cosmetic or hair care need!! This place is great!! First, their prices are GOOD. This is only based technically on the prices for neutrogena make up, but most neutrogena cosmetics sell for over $10. (The most common I've seen is 11.99 Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy price it that high). Ulta sells it for 9.99!!! I think Target's the only place that matches that price and Target is DANG cheap! Plus they have a salon and a wide variety of hair care. I have an organic brand (mop) hair detangler that smells like pear and I use it whenever I'm having a bad hair day. They're also a great stop for both general/department store type make up, or expensive brand name make up. So whether you like to go cheap (like me) or splurge, it's all here. If you're a frequent shopper, you might want to get the Ulta club card too, you only have to spend $50 in a period of 3 months (I spend way more than that on personal care....-_-) and you get free gifts!! FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YEA!!!! the only thing I'm not that crazy about is probably their employees. I think they require all their workers to wear extreme amounts of make up or something. I know that when I see a woman with a whole ton of make up, they don't seem really approachable. When I see a "ton of make up" I usually mean make up that doesn't make you look natural anymore. You know, the dark, red wine colored lipstick and deep black/purplish hair. *shudder* Besides that, I love this store. I also tend to be an impulse make up buyer. Which is bad. I thought I'd let you all know. =) I guess I'll just be getting more free stuff on my card then!! See? Not so bad.
