Review content:
I have always been terribly afraid of dentists, and hoped to go through life without visiting an endodontist. When my dentist discovered an infection which required an apicoectomy on an upper front tooth, I reluctantly made an appointment with S. AZ Endodontics and came in to surgery with fear and trembling. I can't say enough about the friendly, caring, and competent staff. Dr. Funk and his assistants completely put me at ease and I never felt any pain at all during the fairly long procedure. I had headphones tuned to my favorite music, Diet Pepsi to drink before and after (one of many choices!), could have read the Wall Street Journal if I hadn't been so nervous ahead of time, and oh yes the waiting room is equipped with Wi-Fi for anyone waiting for someone in surgery! The surgery went well, and the week of discomfort and swelling afterwards was nothing I couldn't deal with. A week post-surgery, my stitches are out, my face only slightly puffy, and I feel very comfortable thinking back on my experience at the office, and the outstanding services they provided. They really went the extra mile to reassure me and make me totally comfortable with what was going on. I can't believe I'm writing a rave review about an endodontist, but yes, I am!
