Review content:
Overall I am happy that the work was completed and that I was able to complete my registration. I however was disappointed to not have the before and after pictures available for my own satisfaction. It would be one thing if they were not offered as part of the service provided, but they are offered and I am pretty sure they are typically required as part of your business practice. I have been on several occasions and happened to witness the same individual explaining that he forgot to take the pictures. That is why I specifically asked for them. It makes the operation seem a bit shady. I have heard great things and have seen the work from several technicians. I would hate to see the trust begin to fade away from simple deviations from the process.
