This was the first time I've used the Mode Organic Salon at the Commons but I was getting hair desperate; I'd put off getting my hair cut for far too long. I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment the same day. Joanne was great; we talked together about what worked for me from a lifestyle standpoint, she checked out my hair to see what it'd be happy doing, and she offered suggestions without ever being pushy (come on people: you know you've been to salons where you end up with their haircut, not yours). When it came time for the cut itself, she took care yet had confidence and executed perfectly on what we talked about. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended.
