My highlight and cut were fine. A few days prior they had to cancel my eyebrow appt due to a personal issue but when I got to the salon they said they did have an opening after my hair service is finished. After my haircut I checkedout and sat on the couch and saw the person who was going to do my eyebrows I think her name is Yvonne and she walked right past me and headed to break room. She was in there for a while. I asked one of the newer ladies behind the front desk where she went and she went to talk to the Manager. I didn't understand why I had to wait. The salon was closing shop and I still sat on the couch. I waited a little bit more and asked the lady again what is the deal and she went into break room to get Yvonne. I guess I didn't understand why I waited 20 minutes if not longer for her to have a conversation with someone in the breakroom. My experience is generally awesome but this time, not so much:(
