Posted pics of my new do on Facebook and received lots of compliments. Nancy transformed my severely damaged hair from highlights, chlorine, and sun damage. She gave lots of helpful tips, too. Everyone was friendly and nice...offered drinks, hand massage, and even had make-up touch-ups. I was ready to give a tip and was shocked when they told me it's a no-tipping salon. Felt strange to leave without tipping as I was very happy with my experience.
