I LOVE the foot soaks in the quiet room before the massages! I did not apprecite having to wait the 10minutes before being escorted back before the soak, however. The therapists have all been very nice, but their skill levels are hit or miss. I love the aromatherapy and the massage lotions they use. The best part besides the massage is the hot steam shower afterwards. A delightful end to a relaxing hour.
