Friday 10/28/11 Dropped off Jeep at 8:00am for insallation of Johnny Joints, new custom front driveshaft, and four wheel alignment including pinion angles. Supposed to be done that day. Not done until Saturday 10/29/11. Picked it up and was told it was test driven. Less than three miles to my house but felt like a paint shaker at the hardware store so I have a hard time believing it was test driven. Looked underneath and found front driveshaft with gouge all the way around, all the way to the metal because simple shop rag not placed between it and skidplate during install. Rear pinion was rotated wrong direction causing rear driveshaft to bind. Then found adjuster sleeve in steering linkage so loose I could spin it. This WOULD HAVE caused the steering linkage to come COMPLETELY disconnected from the pitman arm due to the fact it is combination left and right hand thread for adjusting length and the vibration combined with just how loose it was. Took it back but could not pick it up until Tuesday 11/1/11. The brand new Currie linkage ($450) was then damaged. Did not get the replacement parts until Thursday 11/10/11. Would not let them install them. I will install myself because I cannot trust them to do it safely, much less properly. Will have the alignment redone somewhere else at my own expense because they will not pay for it. This type of work is extremely dangerous to the public. DO NOT GO THERE!
