Review content:
This place is great. Yes, it costs up to $150 per month (cheaper memberships available) but for that price you get three training sessions per week. During peak (mornings) you may be sharing a trainer with four or five other people, but if you work out in the early afternoon it's mostly 1 on 1 attention. If you hired a personal trainer this sort of workout would cost three times as much.
This place is great if you want personals but don't want to pay the usual $300-$400. The clients and staff are mostly local Cherry Creek / Country Club folks, everyone's friendly and courteous and there's no snobs or showboats.
Pros: personal attention, excellent staff, friendly clientele
Cons: no parking, limited hours, kinda small
