What can anyone say about the El Diablo dessert? A scene from hell, in edible form! A bitter chocolate mousse cube sits atop a volcano of burnt meringue. A lake of caramel lava washes around the base... nut boulders and dark chocolate rocks swim in the lava... and bitter chocolate ash fountains outwards. Truly an insanely great culinary masterpiece.
