La Brazilian blowout. My hair texture was horrible after this treatment. I called the salon and asked to speak to the manager but instead my hairdresser called me back...she left a message that she called. we played phone tag for some time ..never connected and then I dropped the matter. I then went to Michigan a month later and had the original Brazilian blowout and it was fabulous. I had the Brazilian blowout twice in Michigan before I had your la Brazilian blowout. I think your product is inferior and I really wanted to let the manager know that this product in no way compares to the original Brazilian blowout.. I wasted my money and had to have it done at another shop. I did take a picture of my hair so the manager could see the poor results. I feel my hairdresser used the correct technique and was very professional.. I do not blame the hairdresser in any way..it is the product that should be taken off the market. I am going to try to contact the company myself to complain. Thank you
