My mother gave me an $80 gift dertificate to use there 2 years ago and I still have not used it, so that says it all! I have walked in there several times, without an appointment and asked if they could fit me in as a walk-in for eye brow waxing, the answer is always no, no offer to make an appointment either. I have,in the past, had a couple of massages there too and one was OK and the other, a craniosacral one was a joke, the girl never even put her hands on me. I go to a different salon for my hair so I need to just go in and spend the $80 on products I guess. Too bad, what a waste of money!
