I had a half hour deep tissue treatment. I asked the massage therapist to focus on my back, neck and shoulders, which he did, and he answered any questions I had throughout the massage about points of pain, hydration, etc. The therapist was very good, and the massage was excellent. The spa is difficult to find and did not have the best atmoshpere (I am accustomed to the fancier, tea, dried fruit, soothing music, flowers everywhere atmospaere of some spas). Overall, I give it four stars. A good experience.
