Businiess name:  Pie in the Sky Pizza

Review content:
My husband and I visited the Pie in the Sky restaurant in Lenox Village on Wednesday, May 16, at 6:30 p.m. This restaurant had just opened recently and it was our first time to try their food. While we were eating, I accidentally spilled our pizza off of the elevated stand that it was placed on, and it fell on the floor. I felt terrible, especially since my husband had only eaten two slices and I had only eaten one slice. I notified our server and apologized for the mess. She cleaned it up and told us that she would check to see what they could do. When she returned, she told us that the manager said that if we wanted another pizza we would have to pay for it. I was appauled, especially since this was a new restaurant and for the fact that there are at least five other pizza restaurants in the local area. I thought this was terrible public relations, given that it was an accident, and because a new business should do more to cater to customers to gain repeat business. My husband and I spent $25 on three slices of pizza, and we will not return or recommend Pie in the Sky to any family or friends. Cons: Customer service, long wait
