I bought my hot tub through Wallin Pools about 5 years ago. They were good initially and helpful. However, we experienced a problem with our motor and when I called it was very hard to get someone to call me back. They were hard to get information from and since that time I did find another repair shop. I feel the issue is that they stop "supporting" the brand of hot tub I purchased, because they did not sell them anymore, even though they said they stood ehind their products.
