I went to Super Automotive because of the many positive reviews I found online. The first thing that came out of Shaun's mouth (the owner) was him pointing to a picture of he and his daughter on her wedding day. He immediately showed me that family is his priority and by his next actions and speech, I gathered that customer service is second on his list. He walked me through their billing procedures and opened up about running the business for 30+ years. After they replaced my serpentine belt like I asked, they checked to make sure that was all I wanted done, but never pressured me into getting more work done. Since my dad wanted me to ask them specific questions, he said, That's a good dad you have. On the way out he said, Tell your dad I say 'Hi'. Let him know we will take good care of you. Granted this was only my first time there and they could have been putting on a front, I didn't get a feeling that they were being fake. Now both my dad and I can have peace of mind that I can
