If you do go to Dr. Weil, or his office, go in prepared to say NO to expensive tests (unless you need them, of course.)
I went to his office inexperienced with what tests are needed for a healthy young person.
i let them do all the test they wanted, without questioning them (because i didn't know what was typical or normal) but THEN I GOT MY BILL! this was just supposed to be a yearly checkup. NOT $400.00. (after insurance paid for the typical Checkup costs!)
i consulted with another doctor and he said the tests were totally excessive and not needed for a healthy young lady like myself.
I sent a letter to his office explaining that i thought the test were excessive (with 2 references. a doctor and a nurse practitioner) but they were totally unwilling to lower my costs or help me out. they reported me to a collection agency.
i do NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Weil or his office.
