I had a pool service company come out to look at my backwash valve which would leak everytime I tried to backwash my pool filter. The person who came out to look at it said I needed a new one and that it would be 250.00 plus tax. I thought that was high and I really did'nt think I needed a new valve so I called Mike at cave to castle pool service to come out to look at it and get a second opinion. Mike looked at it and said he could fix it and that I did'nt need a new valve. Mike fixed it for 75.00 dollars, I'm a retired lady on a fixed income and I would like to thank cave to castle pool service and the owner Mike McConnaughay for being so honest and not taking advantage of people when he could of, God bless you.
