I would like to explain my appreciation to the gentleman that came to my place on the evening of Thanksgiving. I came home after being gone all day to an odor that to me smelled like something hot or smoldering. I called the emergency number and spoke to a very nice gentleman that said he would send someone out. He sent a gentlemen out and he did everything possible trying to find the odor. He could find nothing, so he called another person that also came out. He could not find anything so he called another one to bring a heat sensor. Still could not find anything except they thought it might be one of the bulbs in the kitchen. He removed the bulb. I just want you to know and please pass on how very much I appreciate these gentlemen leaving their families on a holiday to come and help me. They were all so nice and courteous.
