I haven't had a routine PAP in over 4 years, and I'm not proud to admit this decision. My reasoning is because I have always had a bad experience. I finally decided to go because I knew it was the right thing to do even though I was afraid. Let me just say, "Wow" about a million times. The doctor and every staff member has the "WOW FACTOR" at this location. You feel it in the air when you walk in, and kindness is an understatement. They made me feel like family and I will continue my medical needs with them in the future. I recommend this group of medical professionals to everyone of walks of life. A special thanks to Dr. Laird, MA. Leigh, and front desk Christine.
