I had the worse service at the saturn of ann arbor. The sles women in there had no clue as to what she was doing. I was trying to buy a brand new car. first off it took 2 weeks to even try and get a ll m paper work through. by the time she did that I was ready to by a car. I kept asking her and asking her if she could tell me how much my payments were going to be and she couldnt tell me for days, finally it was the day i supposed to by my car. she still couldn't tell me. so finnaly i told her forget it! Its funny i called saturn of plymouth and the sales could tell me in 10 min what my payments would be. SO i went to another dealership.
never go to saturn of ann arbor.
