I just returned home from what was supposed to be a relaxing day at the spa in a worse mood than when I left this morning. My Husband bought me an Endless Love gift certificate for Valentine's Day which included: a full body massge, spa facial, pedi soak, and nail shellac. I have been anxiously awaiting today for the past week and I am astonished at my level of disappontment! Before I start on all the bad I must say that there was actually one good part and that was the spa facial! Everything started with the facial which was sooo relaxing! The esthetician was awesome! She asked all about my skin and any concerns than decided what products to use and told me why! I could have fallen asleep I was so comfortable and my face looks great, my skin is glowing and soft! Now for the bad after the unbelievable facial I was led to the other side of the spa for what was supposed to be a relaxing full body massage... it was anything but that! All it entailed was rubbing lotion on my feet, legs, and arms... the "massaging" actually only occurred on my neck and back so I do not see how that is fully body but whatever? Had the massaging in that area been relaxing I would not have cared, but it wasn't! It consisted of her barely pushing and in a very awkward start and stop shaking motion, it sucked to blunt! What made it all the worse is that she obnoxiously sucked away at a hard candy the entire length of the 60 min. massage! Her candy sucking was the equivilant of my 6 year old smacking his gum! I wanted to flip out! So finally the massage ended and I hoped that my frazzled nerves would be soothed by a relaxing pedi-soak, ha I was wrong! The woman was literally falling asleep, like nodding off while doing it! When finished the polish lookede like it had been done by my 2nd grade neice... then the nail shellac began after the woman went and took her merry time drinking some much needed caffiene! Thank goodness she actually managed to stay fully conscious while shellacing my nails but still managed to have fibers of the cotton w
