recently took delivery of my brand new impreza from bertera and could not be happier with everyone here. i have purchased a good number of cars and this was by far the best time i everhad doing it. after i took delivery i noticed a small ding on the back door. i was not overly concerned with the ding buy mentioned it to my salesperson when he called the next day. next thing i know, the general manager is on the phone assuring me they would take care of it. the following day they drove a car out for me to use while they took care of my door. the thing that blew me away was their persistance at getting everything right. i could have cared less about the ding. this is my second vehicle from them and from the sales department to service they go above and beyond. i have and will continue to recommend anyone interested in a subaru to them.
