Review content:
I have tried Cycle Stop many times over the years and every time I have been there it has been a negative experience. I tried to buy my motorcycle there and was ignored. I brought my new motorcycle to Cycle Stop since it was close to work for service (I bought at Hollink) and had a terrible experience. They over filled the oil, incorrectly diagnosed the charging system (which stranded me the next day). Did not follow my simple requests properly, it took three weeks for a warranty repair and their service troll Brandon was arrogant every time I called for an update. I ride in a club, every individual I talked to truely avoids this place with a passion. I guess if you own a Harley, have tons of money, another bike to ride while yours is in the shop and like to deal with overpaid arrogant people, this is the place for you. Even the DMV is a joy compared to this place. Go to Hollink in Spencerport!!!! Pros: Steve in the Metric bike parts department is a good dude Cons: Poor attitudes, poor salesmen, incapable service
