Review content:
With a world-class museum like the Art Institute of Chicago, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer size of the collection. The best way to enjoy your visit is to take a bite size approach. Come to see the Impressionists. Check out the photography exhibit downstairs. Spend some time with the Japanese wood cuts. There is so much to see, it's impossible to do it all at once. The museum features outstanding evening programs (see and be seen by young Chicagoans) and great lectures, musical performances, and family oriented events on weekends. Enjoy lunch in the inner courtyard during the summer.
