I went to Simonson's in Elk River and later my whole family ended up going there because of my recommendation. However, one week prior to my wedding I had a young girl there cut my son's hair and specifically told her not a buzz cut. First she barely cut it and then made fun of my suggestions. In the end she buzzed his entire head! Simonson's mad me go through several hoops to get my money back and didn't offer any compensation. They lost my wedding party's business, my business, and my family's. I am still upset. She was rude the whole time and acted like we were wasting her time. She also dressed, excuse my language, but a tramp. I will NEVER go there again.
