We are new to Seattle and hired Ringo because the previous tenants used his services. We called early March and he said he would get it done by March 16 at the latest. Possibly earlier that week, but definitely by that Friday. But that Friday came and went and our lawn was still neglected. So we called him that next Monday and he said, "Yeah, I didn't have time and I don't know when I can now because of the rain." When we're given a date, we expect it to be honored. And if it can't, we expect him to call us and let us know beforehand. We found him to be unreliable and unprofessional. He doesn't seem to appreciate our business. And he probably won't have time for yours either.
