I can't believe the past reviews. I had to make sure it was the same business. My recent experience was and still is quite baffling. I did not get a foolow up call or visit after contacting New Design for an estiamte and consultation. After calling a second time, I left a message to inquire about having my roof looked at for repairs. Later the same day, a group was there repairing the roof without my permission or approval. I had no idea that New Design was the group that repaired the roof until days later when I recieved a call regarding payment. When I inquired about their practices, I was hung up on.
