You will get a great haircut if you ask for "Gulay" to cut your hair. I used to be reluctant about getting a haircut before but after I found Gulay, I have no problems. If you want to save extra money you can skip the wash and blowdry, but it is worth the extra pamper. The prices are fair, you won't find overpriced services here.
