Boma is my favorite restaurant at WDW. The setting is beautiful- Animal Kingdom Lodge is gorgeous. There is a large, spread out buffet with a variety of food- both African and less exotic. There is an open kitchen behind the buffet. I have a number of food allergies, and they are AMAZING with food allergies- just ask. The Zebra Domes for dessert and Frunch (a fruit punch) are esepcially good. There is plenty to eat even if you are not too adventurous in food.
