I had to make a trip to Gonzo Guitars to do a favor for my brother--he needs some new guitar strings. I went in and told the guy at the counter what I needed and he hooked me up with them. He was very nice and told me if my brother ever needed his guitar repaired in the future to bring it in and he would take a look at it.
When I was in there, there were other people looking around, but this man gave me his full attention. He treated me like I was the only person in there.
After he rung me up for my purchase, I then found out that he was the owner of the shop--Tim Gonzalez. I was impressed by this because he didn't brag about it to me up front. I recommend going to see him for all your guitar needs.
