If you are looking for romance and elegance, go to the Paper Moon. It has great cuisine and the perfect place for a romantic dinner. It is quite pricey, but when it is a special day, prices just don't matter. You will find cuisine here that you won't find anywhere else. Also, they do a lot of charity work in which the restaurant is used which is great for the community.
