Dr. Elkins is kind, informative & very reassuring throughout out visits, the surgery & followup. I visited other doctors prior to meeting with Dr. Elkins. He was the only one who explained everything himself in out first meeting; the other doctors had their " coordinators" explain everything before I could meet them. That + Dr. Elkins credentials are the primary reasons why I chose OAV.
