I had a problem with a gas leak in my basement- the gas line had some issues and a connector to my dryer had a leak. I called 3 other plumbers and only one other company even returned my call. The operator waived the initial fee for the visit since I was a new customer and a technician arrived within an hour of my first call. There were 3 areas that needed to be addressed and he was knowledgable, efficient, and gave me a simplistic summary of what was required. I won't lie-- it was pricey... But the estimate was almost exactly the same as the other plumbing company's offer. The job was completed in 2 1/2 hours (as opposed to the 5 hours that the other company suggested) and the technician was professional throughout the visit.
