Usually I love Happy's Pizza, hence 4 stars instead of 3, but on this particular occasion I ordered carry out dinner after work with wings, fries, slaw, bread. However, when I made it home (40 minutes later), I opened the container and saw I received rib tips instead of wings. I'm not a fan of rib tips and ended up giving them to my boyfriend. I also ordered a slice of chocolate cake, the flavor was good, but it was rather dry.
