We went to Klein a few days before we purchased our Pilot. We had a salesman that we didn't feel very comfortable with. The next day I got an e-mail from Klein and replied sharing my frustration. We were asked to come back in to look at the car we had gone in for in the first place (didn't get to see it at the first visit). We got an amazing salesman. Sean was very laid back and not pressuring at all!!! We would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. We would use him again! Klein recovered very well and fixed our problem! They really listened to us!!!
