We have lived at Warwick West for almost a yr. This is our first apt. living and I have to say we are very happy here. We love our apt. especially our fireplace. The office staff has been very friendly with us, I haven't had any problems with them, if there is a problem, they are right on it. The maintenance people are great, I don't even have to go to the office for a work order, I just catch one of them, tell them what is going on and 99% of the time they are at our apt. before the day is out and even come back to see if the problem had reoccurred or was it fixed properly. These people are also very pet friendly which is a big plus in my book because we have a mini doxie and I would not live anywhere my fur baby was not welcomed and people were not friendly, in fact he just loves one of the maintenance people she is his buddy!!! I would recommend the apt. complex if anybody asked me!!
