Essentially a bunch of contracted thieves. My apartment complex stopped requiring parking stickers for the summer, and so before moving in we called and spoke with a man at Metro who confirmed that they would not be towing from that lot. \r
Fast forward two days and my boyfriend's car gets towed from the lot. We call and demand an explanation, and are told that they don't know who told us they wouldn't tow, but it wasn't true. They wouldn't make any effort to figure out who told us that, or even consider that maybe they were just wrong in towing us, and they weren't supposed to be there after all. They just impounded the car and charged for it all the same.\r
Someone here did not do their job at all, either by lying or just not admitting to a mistake. Very infuriating.
