The owners are also the operators and they are very helpful and professional. We always got a quick and well thought out reply. It's clear that they know mold very well. After receiving their detailed report, Teresa in the office took the time to explain any questions I had in detail...on more than once occasion. They never made us feel rushed or "simple" for not understanding the complexities of mold.
