First of all the price was the best I could find. I ordered online which was easy enough. From experience I expected they would call me to confirm the order and this happened within 15 hours of placing the order. Shipping did take a week, which was well within their specified time frame shown on the web. Product (Canon G15) was new with all items included from manufacturer just as expected. They even gave me an $11 dollar refund when their price dropped after my order was placed. \r
