Justin in the Parts Department was extremely friendly and helpful. He quickly and happily replaced the battery in my key fob. I was about to leave as a very happy customer when another smiling, friendly person walked up to me, shook my hand and exclaimed words to the effect of, â??Hi, Iâ??m Richard, how can I help you today?â?? He seemed so happy just to see me (with Kathy literally waving to me in the background and still smiling!), I said something like, â??Well, I guess now Iâ??m looking for a new car.â?? The astounding part of this whole story is that the happiness and friendly personalities never changed. Not for one single minute. I actually wondered more than once if I was on some version of â??Candid Cameraâ?? because literally everyone was so friendly â?? Genuinely Friendly!
