For the last couple of days, I had been struggling with the shower not draining and winding up ankle deep in water. I try to handle things myself as far as I can but no amount of plunging, pouring boiling water down the drain or using baking soda and vinegar would help. Called Roto-Rooter and Mike, the plumber, came over promptly, removed a tangle of roots from about 30 feet out from the house (I live in Colorado Springs), gave me some tips on dealing with killing the roots as opposed to simply ""pruning"" them, cleaned up the mess and was on his way. I have always had good service from Roto-Rooter no matter what part of the U.S. I have lived in. I have never been disappointed in their services.
