I made an appt for today. When I arrived not only was my appointment not written down but the individuals there had no idea when GINA would arrive. Apparently the person who took the appointment was the father and the person working was the mother. Sometimes family should not work together cause all it does is create an unprofessional environment as I just witnessed today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! They do not know how to handle people, AT ALL!!
